BLANKE PERMATOP SF
The system is installed directly onto the existing floor covering, eliminating the need to remove the old floor build-up. This avoids additional demolition costs while also preventing dust, noise and disrup-tion inside the building during renovation. Combi-ned with the BLANKE FILLOTHERM heat distribu-tion layer, installation time is significantly reduced. The layer is walkable after just 90 minutes and, when used in combination with BLANKE PERMAT and ceramic tiles, ready for tile installation after only 24 hours. The result is a major advantage for building owners: the property can continue to be used throughout the renovation. The system responds particularly quickly in both heating and cooling mode, as the hydronic heating and cooling pipes are positioned very close to the floor covering due to the low system height.
Also suitable for non-ceramic floor coverings
BLANKE PERMATOP surface heating systems can now also be installed beneath non-ceramic floor coverings. This opens up additional possibilities for renovation and new-build projects with a wide variety of floor finishes. Installation beneath non-ceramic floor coverings requires a specially coordinated system build-up, which differs from the versions for ceramic coverings in terms of individual components and overall installation height. For non-ceramic floor coverings, BLANKE PERMAT and BLANKE FILLOTHERM are not required. Instead, BLANKE FILLOCREED is used as the heat distribution layer.
Important note
10 lm of BLANKE SF KLETT-TEC per m² is required for a pipe spacing of 10 cm. 20 lm BLANKE SF KLETT-TEC per m² is required for a pipe spacing of 5 cm.
